Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the labour market in the Republic of Moldova by constructing and explaining the Beveridge Curve. The article includes: analysis of the Beveridge Curve for 2014-2024, study of the current supply and demand on labour market in the Republic of Moldova, comparison of Beveridge Curves for 2014-2024 and 2008-2018, Beveridge Curves in Moldova, EU, USA. The conducted analysis of labour market allowed to conclude that the national labour market in the Republic of Moldova is sustainable and can confront both external shocks and internal factors negatively affecting it. At the same time, there is a trend after 2018 - reduction of demand on labour market by employers. The use of the Beveridge Curve in the analysis of labour market allows to identify differences in labour market during the periods of overcoming crises and to compare the timeframe of labour market recovery in the Republic of Moldova. The article was developed within the framework of the institutional project “Demographic transition in the Republic of Moldova: particularities, socioeconomic implications and consolidation of demographic resilience (2024-2027)”.
